Great apartment. Great location. Enjoy the best of Hastings and St Leonard.
A light, spacious and quiet self contained apartment moments walk from the award winning Hastings Pier, the beach and within easy walking distance to all of the restaurants, pubs and shops of both Hastings Old Town and St Leonards. With it’s own front door to this apartment, you’re welcome to come and go as you please. The property is on a lovely row of Victorian villas which overlook the sea and the pier.
Our garden-level apartment has it’s own front door, a lobby to hang your coats and stash your sandy shoes from walks on the beach, a bright double bedroom with en-suite shower room, separate loo, a big sunny sitting room, a full kitchen with a private courtyard which you’re welcome to use.
The sofa in the sitting room converts to a sofa bed with a proper mattress for an extra person if needed.
The kitchen has an oven, hob, kettle, toaster and a good range of cooking utensils glasses and crockery. There’s plenty of room in the kitchen for eating at the vintage table – ideal for when you buy your fresh fish from the Stade and bring it back for the ultimate fish supper at home.
Guests have access to the entire self-contained apartment and are welcome to come and go as they please. We’d just ask for respect for our residential neighbours please. Please note that to access the apartment our guests do need to go down a few steps. There is a handrail and the area is well lit.
