Other Information
A beautiful Cornish granite barn conversion that has been a family home since its original conversion. It is set in large private gardens with plenty of outside space and loads of room for parking.
Recently refurbished and updated internally.
Lovely views across open farmland, peace and tranquillity assured.
Not far from either coast, Penzance to the South and Sennen to the North.
The owners live just a stone’s throw away if you need them.
The space
Modern light and airy feel in this old barn with loads of outside space to explore. We have an upstairs sitting room to make the most of the views.
There are steps and stairs within the property and it is really not suitable for people who have difficulty with these, and not really suitable for wheelchair access.
There is a private paddock suitable for picnics at the back of the garden. We have 30 acres in total including sheep paddocks and dedicated wildlife areas – ask us about exploring it and we will point you in the right direction.
Guest access
Access is up a well made track off the road with loads of space for parking in the private driveway.
