Dating from the 1880s, this recently fully refurbished townhouse combines a superb location in the centre of Fowey with spacious living arrangements. The property has been tastefully and thoughtfully decorated throughout with flagstones on the ground floor and original wooden floors, staircases and bannisters as you head upwards. Each room has its own individual character, giving the house a boutique feel, from the featured modern stained glass window downstairs to the industrial light fittings in many of the bedrooms and the exposed beams in the master suite.

The three-storey property is on Fowey’s main street, just a few steps from the quay with its shops, ferry to Polruan, restaurants and pubs. It is also a perfect jumping-off point for trips further afield, whether to access Cornwall’s beautiful coasts or visit attractions such as the Eden Project or the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Please note that the garden is a raised decked area accessible only via the upstairs back bedroom of which there are 3 flights of stairs.

The property has many external and internal stairs.
