Sound bath, Cambridge

Donated by Sasyana

How about a relaxing soak in vibrational sound?

A deeply immersive, full body experience that bathes you in soothing sounds, permeating all levels of your being.

Sound has the potential to heal, re-balance and restore your whole system back into a state of harmony, increase your sense of emotional and mental well-being, reduce stress levels and reduce tension in the muscles. In a soundbath the sound therapist creates a soundscape that bathes you in vibrational sound in order to relax your mind and body. It is a deeply immersive, full body experience, permeating all levels of your being! The experience can be enjoyed purely for relaxation or when used as a therapeutic tool, it encourages a sense of ease and openness with the possibility of gaining clarity and insights about your own life situations.

All sound events are part of a Professional Diploma in Group Sound Therapy with The British Academy of Sound Therapy. Your participation and feedback will go towards Johanna’s final case study portfolio. Booking is essential.
