THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Step 1) First you must become a registered user (if you are not already registered) by filling in the ‘NEW USER’ form below.
Step 2) You will then be redirected to a second form requiring further details from you.
On this form YOU WILL BE ASKED TO UPLOAD TWO FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION
a) MEDICAL CONDITION VERIFICATION
We require you to supply a hospital letter verifying your condition.
b) PHOTO IDENTIFICATION
We require you to supply photo ID to verify your identity, such as a scan of your driving licence or passport.
Step 3) Once your application is submitted it will be reviewed by a member of our team and you will receive notification of whether your application has been successful or not via email.
We aim to notify all applicants within 48 hours. If you do not receive any notification please check your spam/junk folders for the email. If you still cannot find anything from us please email us with your name and details of the gift you applied for.
