Bryn Seion is the perfect getaway home for families and groups of friends looking for an idyllic retreat in Wales. Situated in the town of Llanwrst, sleep up to 16 guests in a spacious seven bedroomed townhouse, with additional annex.
The traditional building provides a spacious retreat with all modern comforts. On the ground floor a large kitchen with island, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and gas range oven. Enjoy a spacious dining room perfect for family gatherings and special occasions, with separate lounge, additional family room and games/playroom ideal for younger guests.
On the first and second floor of the house you can find seven bedrooms, three of which are ensuite, with an additional family bathroom. Twin rooms can be reconfigured as doubles on request. To the rear of the main house, a separate annex can host up to two guests, with own private ensuite, kitchenette and double bed. Please be aware the annex is accessed via a stairway separate to the main house.
The historic market town of Llanwrst provides an attractive range of independent shops selling everything from books to artisan and specialist foods. Located on the outskirts of the Snowdonia National Park, enjoy the beauty of uninterrupted landscapes, from magnificent high peaks to a breath-taking variety of wildlife.
Parking is available to the front and rear of the property for up to 3 vehicles, further on street parking is available close by.
