A spacious and well-presented detached property positioned on a quiet private road in the lower part of Llanbedrog village, one which would be perfect for a memorable and relaxing break by the coast. The centre of the village is less than 0.5 miles away further inland and is home to an art gallery with a cafe, family-friendly pubs and a shop. Llanbedrog’s beach sits within 500 metres of the bungalow and will be a go-to for water sports lovers. Llanbedrog’s walking trail starts close to the beach, takes in some fantastic scenery and is dog-friendly.

After arriving in the entrance hall, guests soon find their way into the spacious lounge and dining area, which features an L-shaped sofa large enough for the whole party to snuggle on in front of the TV after a long day. The lounge feeds into the dining room, which in turn leads to a kitchen that can also easily serve expectant diners on the patio. A king-size room and a twin room are found on the ground floor, both with TVs, while there is also a cloakroom with WC and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The first floor comprises two bedrooms – a king-size and a twin, both with TVs – along with a shower room with a walk-in shower and WC.

There is an extensive patio garden to the rear of the bungalow, comprising garden furniture and a BBQ and pizza oven ideal for alfresco dining and illuminated by outdoor lighting. A games room in the garage has a pool/air hockey table, football table, dartboard, table and seating.
