Situated on the edge of one of the UK’s most impressive natural landscapes, this detached property is an ideal choice for walkers looking to explore the nearby Roaches and Ramshaw Rocks, or those guests looking for a spot of trout fishing. Of course there are also endless walks in the Peak National Park, right on the cottage doorstep. A tranquil valley location, the property is a rural idyll looking out over the breath taking Peaks.

A beautiful tucked away property awaits as you park the car up and unload into the compact hallway which opens out into the spacious kitchen-diner, equipped with all the necessities to cook up a storm. On the ground floor there is also a shower room with an electric shower and separate cloakroom, consisting of a hand basic and toilet, providing ample space for those muddy boots. The stairs lead up to the cosy lounge area where you can unwind after a day walking within the Peaks. Here you will find a Smart TV and its gorgeous views over the surrounding landscape to gaze out at. The two bedrooms are located on the first floor, one is a spacious king size bedroom and the other consists of two single beds, perfect for a family or friends that wish to gather. There is a bathroom on this floor with a bath, hand basin and toilet.

Outside there is a garden with patio seating area for guests to relax and unwind amidst the beautiful surrounds after a day spent trout fishing or traversing the steep Peaks of the National Park.
