Escape to the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds at The Nook, a cosy and well-appointed holiday cottage nestled in the peaceful village of Goulceby. Perfect for couples, friends, or small families, this charming retreat offers comfort, character, and all the modern touches to make your stay truly relaxing.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a warm and welcoming living room complete with a TV, DVD player, and a comfortable double sofa bed—perfect for curling up after a day of countryside adventures. The spacious kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with an electric range, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, making mealtimes a breeze whether you’re cooking from scratch or enjoying local produce.
The luxurious ground floor bathroom is a highlight, featuring a spa bath, separate cubicle shower, and underfloor heating, ideal for unwinding in style.
Upstairs, there are two thoughtfully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a 2 single beds, which can be made into a king-size bed upon request.
Step outside into the enclosed lawned garden with a lovely sitting-out area and garden furniture, perfect for morning coffees or evening drinks. There’s private parking for two cars, and for those travelling with horses, stabling is available by arrangement.
Ideal for walkers, cyclists, or anyone seeking a tranquil getaway, this detached property is located near the owners’ home and is nestled in the heart of the charming village of Goulceby. After a day of adventuring, enjoy a drink or meal in one of the many charming country pubs scattered throughout the area. Or take a short drive to the historic city of Lincoln, where you can visit its impressive cathedral, iconic castle, and the fascinating Magna Carta Centre.
Please note that The Nook does not accept children under 2 years old. There are 2 sets of very steep stairs that lead up to the bedrooms.
