This welcoming holiday home lies in Cwrtnewydd, 4 miles from the small market town of Llanybydder. Sleeping four guests, it is an ideal base for nature lovers. Mynydd Llanllwni, 9 miles away, offers splendid views from the summit, and Brecha Forest (14 miles) is well worth exploring. The property is just 12 miles from Cenarth Falls and 16 miles from Skandavale Monastery, which appeared in the BBC show the Hidden Monastery. Lampeter (7 miles) has a twice-monthly farmers’ market, so check it out should your stay coincide with it. For water sports enthusiasts, Llandysul Paddlers Canoe Centre is 7 miles away. Cwrtnewydd is 8 miles from the main costal road and 12 miles from the beach at New Quay. Dolphins are known to reside in Cardigan Bay and at times can be spotted from the shore. Ancient history fans should visit Cardigan Island, home to Iron Age settlements (20 miles).

A striking wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find two inviting and beautifully presented bedrooms: one with a king-size bed that can be configured as a twin on request, which also boasts a private balcony overlooking the stunning countryside, and a charming twin room. A stylish shower room completes the accommodation, offering both comfort and convenience.
Outside, relax in the spacious enclosed garden area, complete with comfortable seating on the patio and an electric BBQ for al fresco dining. The reverse side of the boundary fence is secured with stock fencing, providing an additional layer of enclosure. There is private parking available for three cars.
