The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a range oven and breakfast area, opens onto a delightful deck where a gentle stream runs alongside the house. A unique feature of Primula House is the historic leat that flows directly beneath the kitchen — the same leat that powers the waterwheel at nearby Finch Foundry.
Sticklepath boasts traditional country pubs within easy strolling distance, serving hearty local food and ales. Just a short drive away, the vibrant towns of Chagford and Okehampton offer independent shops, cafés, and farmers’ markets.
