Donated by Fused4Life
We are delighted to have partnered with Fused4Life to offer free lifetime access to their *Lighten the Load* wellbeing programmes.
Created from lived experiences of cancer, menopause, burnout and loss, these programmes offer practical emotional support to help people navigate some of life’s most difficult challenges.
Through short, accessible audio sessions and guided self-reflection exercises, Fused4Life aims to help people manage stress, process difficult emotions, build confidence and improve their emotional wellbeing.
Your free lifetime access includes five programmes:
- Life With Cancer: Supporting emotional wellbeing during and after cancer treatment, helping people process their experiences and rebuild confidence.
- Everyday Burnout: Helping to manage stress, overwhelm and emotional exhaustion.
- Living Through Menopause: Offering support with the physical and emotional changes associated with menopause.
- Living With Loss: Helping people navigate grief, change and loss of identity.
- Young Minds: Gentle, age-appropriate audio sessions to help children manage emotions, build confidence and develop healthy coping strategies.
The Young Minds programmes are primarily designed for children aged 4–12, although older children may also benefit.
All programmes can be accessed online, at your own pace, whenever you need them.
Who can benefit?
