If you are NOT YET REGISTERED with this charity then you need to follow these 3 steps to apply for a gift.

1) Set up an account with the charity by filling out the ‘Create a new account’ form

2) Find the gift you wish to apply for and then click the ‘Apply’ button at the bottom of the gift’s page

3) Fill out the full gift application form where you will be asked to upload the required ID and proof of medical circumstances documents
