With this funding we were able to set up and deliver the ‘Something To Look Forward To’ in Bedfordshire & Luton. This included delivering our ‘Essentials Project’ whilst continuing to deliver general ‘gifts’ and ‘experiences’ to people affected by cancer and cancer poverty. ‘Something To Look Forward To’ worked hard to source essential items from companies and individuals in the community by building new relationships with new companies and individuals who are able to donate more essential gifts including bedding, toiletries, clothes and nightwear which supported those most severely financially affected by their cancer diagnosis.
