What is The Big Give Challenge?
The Big Give runs the UK’s biggest match funding campaign, The Christmas Challenge. For seven days, it offers supporters the opportunity to have their donation doubled.
How does it work?
The Christmas Challenge is a match funding campaign where donations to Something To Look Forward To will be doubled. Our matched funds come from two sources – pledges from our corporate and individual supporters, and our Big Give Champion – the Julia Hans Rausing Trust! This pot of funds is used to double donations from online supporters when the campaign is live.
How to be involved…
From the 1st to the 8th of December we will be attempting to raise £5000 – in just one week! To do this, we will be sharing some very special stories with you.
- A few of our supporters have been kind enough to take part in a special video that will be coming out on the launch of the Big Give week, and we will be sharing it far and wide to encourage donations from as many people as we can. Even a couple of pounds could make all the difference!
