9 Piazza is a ground floor beachside apartment with breathtaking sea views from the sitting room and large balcony. It combines vintage 60’s styling with innovative, locally made furniture by an award winning Cornish design studio. Access to the beach is by private entrance next to the apartment.
Home to a number of distinguished St Ives artists past and present, Piazza is situated next door to St Ives School of Painting and Porthmeor Artists Studios and only 100 yards from the Tate Gallery and Porthmeor Cafe Bar.
There is one bedroom with a double and a sofa bed in the living room OVER 16S ONLY PLEASE.
Underground secure parking for one car, access via steep slope, space size approx. 15ft deep x 7ft wide x 6ft 1ins high, more suited to smaller cars, not suitable for wheelchairs, ‘built in’ bed 6ft 3ins in length from head to footboard, laundry facilities on site charges apply, underfloor heating, No children under 16 please.
