Follow the track planted with Rowan trees and you’ll find Rowan Cottage sitting right on the edge of Capo Woods, an ancient forest of Scots pine. If you love wildlife you’re in for a treat – you’ll see red squirrels scampering about and feeding from the nut box, hear owls calling at night and catch a glimpse of the red deer grazing at dawn and dusk. Recently renovated with space and comfort in mind, the cottage has a huge open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room, allowing everyone to socialise together while the cook is not left out of the fun; the glass roofed garden room is perfect for star gazing after dark. An alluring path leads from the garden directly into the woods behind.
