Woodchests is part of a fifth Generation family farming business which has diversified the use of some of the land into a stunning glamping site in the heart of rural Essex. The family are excited to welcome you to our little slice of tranquility, where you can unwind in the comfort of luxurious safari tents, enjoy senic coountry walks, spot abundant wildlife at the lake or a leisurely stroll to the local village pub. Our beautifully furnished wooden-framed safari tents provide accommodation for up to six guests.
Inside, each tent features a cozy sitting area, a kitchen with a gas hob and a dining space. Towards the back of the tent, you’ll find three bedrooms housing a king-size bed, bunk beds and a charming raised double cabin bedroom with space underneath for extra storage or a fun hideaway.
At the rear of the tent, there is the gas fridge and you will have your own private shower room, complete with a hot shower, basin, and toilet.
Outside, each tent boasts a patio area with a pizza oven/bbq and ample seating, perfect for relaxing in the sun.
