Forest barn located in a quiet rural lane, an independent building set in 2 acres of the hosts garden/paddock close to the beautiful forest and stunning coast and attractions.
Bashley has a walk to the farm shop, village shop, tea rooms, fishing lake & pub. The property is self catering, central heating, unlimited hot water, open plan living/sleeping layout, garden furniture, BBQ, play area, ducks & chicken to feed
Electric gate, off road parking, bike washdown & storage.
The accommodation is open plan across 2 floors linked by open tread stairs & a galleried landing. The living room and bedroom share one space with all beds, sleeping up to a couple plus two children in an open plan living sleeping area. Please note one of these beds is a trundle bed.
Downstairs the barn has a well equipped kitchenette with table top combination oven, double gas hob, dishwasher and fridge with freezer box. Basics like tea towels, tea, coffee (cafetière) dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, foil, cleaning products are supplied. There is a table and chairs for four plus a high chair available on request.
Also downstairs is a shower room with a sink and toilet, toilet roll and shower towels are provided (please bring your own beach/pool towels). Patio doors lead to the south facing patio with 4 chairs, table and parasol over looking the hosts garden, that you are welcome to walk around, If your lucky you will see deer visiting the garden, wild rabbits, hedgehogs and a wide variety of birds including green and common woodpeckers as well as the chickens and ducks we keep.
There is a small BBQ just bring your own coals & lighters. At the front of the barn is a second seating area that is west facing looking over the gravel drive.
Car would be advisable due to the location.

A basic T&C contract to guests will be issued by the owner covering house rules eg; no smoking/vaping, pets & quiet etc
