CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: Tucked away on a quiet, pedestrianised street just three minutes from Milsom Street, Pemberley Cottage is a charming hidden gem in the heart of Georgian Bath. Perfect for gatherings, whether it’s a family reunion, a ladies’ weekend or a group of friends exploring the city, this beautifully designed home is just a short, level walk from Bath’s famous attractions, including the Thermae Bath Spa, boutique shops, restaurants and lively bars.
Inside, the cottage is thoughtfully arranged to offer both comfort and privacy. The welcoming living room is the ideal place to relax, with two large, cosy sofas, a TV and a DVD player. The open plan kitchen dining space, with its large table seating up to ten guests, is perfect for long, leisurely meals together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a range cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer and all the essentials for home cooking, as well as a utility cupboard with a washer-dryer and ironing facilities.
The layout of the cottage makes it particularly well-suited for groups. The upper floor is bathed in natural light from a large lantern window and features a stylish open-plan sleeping area with two generous single beds that can be converted into a luxurious super king. Folding double doors lead to a second bedroom overlooking the gardens, which can also be set up as either two singles or a super king. A contemporary shower room with a drench-style shower and WC completes this floor, making it a perfect space for a family, two couples or a group of friends.
If you’re looking for the perfect setting that encompasses the look and feel of the City of Bath then Benson Cottage is perfect for you. The cottage is located 5 minutes from Bath High Street for shops, cafes, bars and excellent night life. The Roman Baths and Thermae Bath Spa is under 10 minutes walk away. Other sites are within walking distance including the Royal Crescent and Pulteney Bridge. There are guided walk tours, bus and boat tours available.
We would like to add that Hay hill is a quiet neighbourhood occupied by local residents and we ask during your stay if you please be respectful. No use of outdoor space after 10pm.
