| Brook Cottage is a beautiful, picturesque cottage in the north of the Cotswolds region, and is situated in South Warwickshire. Superbly presented and beautifully finished it sleeps 4 people in 2 cosy bedrooms (1 king, 1 double) and is the perfect getaway for romantic retreats, family breaks or getaways with friends, ideally located with an opportunity to explore the North Cotswolds and all it has to offer. A beautiful sitting room awaits with cosy wood burner and Smart TV, wonderfully appointed kitchen/diner and Master bedroom with king sized bed and double bed in bedroom 2. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower and freestanding roll top bath. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. Outside is a wrap-around enclosed garden with patio and outdoor furniture. Village location with pub and shop nearby. 1 SMALL dog allowed downstairs only and not on furniture. Very steep stairs would not be suitable for those with mobility issues. |
