The Harmony Hypnobirthing Mum and baby yoga class is a great way to start moving again after the birth of your baby. The postnatal yoga course in Dartford is a class where you can bring your baby! Enjoy some gentle stretches and flows that are suitable for the postpartum body, whilst some sensory activities and nursery rhymes are mixed in to keep your baby happy and settled as well as aiding their physical development. Each week we will focus on breath work, core strength, pelvic floor work and increasing your range of movement to ease stiffness.

Mum and baby yoga is suitable from 6 weeks post partum if you have had a straight forward vaginal birth. If you have had an instrumental birth or caesarean birth please wait until 12 weeks post partum. You must be given the all clear from your gp that it is safe for you to now take part in physical exercise.

After mum and baby yoga I run baby club, from 11-11.45am. This is a free drop in session (no need to book) and is a chance to chat to other mums over a cuppa and biscuit or cake. Suggested donation is £2 cash on the day to go towards the venue cost.
