2x In person tickets to Katie Piper | Still Beautiful: On Age, Beauty & Owning Your Space Sun 23 Nov 2025 | 2:00pm, Old Divinity School, Cambridge.
When a life-threatening acid attack left Katie Piper physically and visibly scarred at just 24, her relationship with her body and ageing was irrevocably altered. In the early days of her recovery, she wasn’t certain she would live to see her forties. Now, at 41, Katie is an acclaimed author, broadcaster and the founder of a charity supporting people with life-altering burns.
In her new book Still Beautiful, Katie reflects on what it means for a woman to age “well” in a society obsessed with impossible beauty standards and youth. She challenges the unhelpful narratives that so often render women invisible once they reach a certain age, and instead reframes ageing as something powerful: a process of learning, growing, connection, creativity and freedom.
With candour and warmth, Katie shares her own experiences and invites readers to pause and reflect on their own. This is an uplifting call to embrace our stories, take up space, and discover the real beauty in growing older. Come and be inspired to reimagine beauty on your own terms.
