Would you like to join a small, dedicated team, making a positive difference to people at a time it’s needed most? Then we’d love to hear from you.

‘Something To Look Forward To’ is a Cambridge based charity – family-founded and run through personal experience – supporting people affected by cancer and cancer poverty across the UK, through the provision of donated gifts and experiences.

This year marks our 10th anniversary, and we are proud to have improved the lives of over 45,000 people by providing more than £2.6 million worth of gifts and experiences.

We’d love to hear from you if you share our passion, have service or operational experience and are confident communicating with a wide range of people.

In this role, you’ll support STLFT beneficiaries by allocating gifts and experiences in line with the charity’s criteria and processes. Our service is busy and varied and you’ll enjoy working as part of a focused team creating meaningful change.

You’ll bring strong coordination, administration and people skills; be organised and approachable; and enjoy getting things done in a thoughtful and efficient way.

We are a positive, friendly and down-to-earth team, driven by a desire to support people affected by cancer. We enjoy coming to work and are looking for someone who will feel the same. There are two dogs in the team and we’re happy to discuss any adjustments needed.

To apply, please include a cover letter outlining why you would like to work for ‘Something To Look Forward To’, your relevant experience in relation to the role, and what you hope to bring. Please send this, along with a current CV and your salary expectations, to francesca@somethingtolookforwardto.org.uk.
